Come along to the wild west for a 2 player card game that can fit in your pocket. Circle the Wagons is a tiny 18 card game from Button Shy Games. Players take turn choosing cards with 4 quadrants on them. They place them in their city, trying to make groups of matching colors. There are also 3 goal card that change how you can gain points. Each settlement card has a goal card on the back, so there are many combinations of game play.
This is great as a filler game while you wait for a larger group. I play it often with the kiddo for school or on trips to the café. You can also get the Lone Ranger expansion for times when you only have yourself to play with. If you want to discover more single player games, check out this post! Circle the Wagons is such a sweet little game and absolutely worth a try. The biggest bonus is that you can get it on PNP Arcade! My tip though is to print the cards double sided so you have the back side of the cards. I had to print mine twice because there are no printing guidelines. I laminated mine, but you wouldn't need to. Discover more print and play games here.
Each player in Circle the Wagons is fixin' to build up their own boomtown, but only one'll build the best in the West! Blaze a trail by draftin' cards 'round the circle and placin' 'em in yer town, tryin' to connect matchin' territories to score prosperity points! But don't forget about them three bonus cards in the center of the circle that can score ya even more points — that is, if ya play yer cards right. With over 800 unique ways to score and millions of draftin' and placin' combos, you'll never build the same town twice!
